Derya Dinc
Derya was born in Istanbul and has been living in Germany since 2020. She explores her artistic journey through performance art and contact dance, moving within the field of touch and the memories held in the body.
Since 2021, she has been working as a dance and movement therapist, accompanying individuals and communities through migration, transitions, and liminal phases. She opens spaces for expression beyond language through expressive arts, holding the body as a language and experience as a form of narration.
Her practice centers on revealing, experiencing, and sharing the traces held in the bodily memory of different cultures. While exploring group dynamics, encounters, and collective consciousness, she holds space in threshold moments through the “here and now” perspective of Gestalt Therapy.
Deniz Beren Akural
Deniz Beren Akural is an enthusiast of dance, a dance movement therapist and contemporary artist from Turkey. Rooted in circus, they live in the momentary creation, expressive dialogue beyond words. While her contemporary work as an artist is inspired from the poetic dialogue of the body, her body oriented background comes from spinal research of contact improvisation and contemporary dance: mainly practices that bring together body awareness, emotional processing, and creative methods to support a deeper understanding of lived experience.
Her work moves between therapy, movement research, and artistic practice.

Julia Campos
Lindy Hop, Belly dance and Modern dance were not enough for anthropologist Julia. She explored folk dance at university and as a visiting researcher in Latvia and as a tourist in Greece and the Balkans. Today, she enjoys being part of a women's collective to dance together and learn more about each other's passion.
